Wow, how fast April has come and gone!

 a recent check of interest rates resulted in finding a rate of 4.25! can I just say Holy Cow!

I can not remember the last time rates were that low, and to think in the late 90's they were 7,8 9%.

There are over 600 single family homes here is Kingsland and St. Mary's at this time, a very large portion of them are priced under $200,000. ( source realtor.com)

The Average sales price in this area is $140,000 (source Trulia.com)

With May fast approaching many military families are beginning to look to secure housing for thier impending transfers, for those transferring in June, now is the time to connect with a Realtor who can help find homes to purchase and homes to rent, they can also help with relocation information regarding schools, places to dine and local life style and activities.

Happy Tuesday everyone!

well this is my first attempt at a blog, hopefully it will fun and informative for all.

todays interest rates are pretty good, some lenders are offering 4.5%!  WOW that is incredible!

I have been previewing homes this week in the target price range of $110,000- $120,000, this seems to be our areas fastest selling range this month. There are many homes on the market in this range.

for those that live out of the area, the cities of St. Marys and Kingsland are showing signs that spring has sprung, rain, sunshine and a plethura of blossoms blooming.

It is a great time to fly south to get out of the cold ( HINT HINT :))
